Contract of sale
The contract of sale comes into force the moment You get our automatic e-mail about the receipt of your order. All glove variations displayed in stock are available for immediate despatch. Individual Valentine gloves are embroidered and sewn in 5 working days at a maximum, we despatch them as soon as they are ready. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE that although we send the gloves with priority mail (this way the loveglove takes about a week to arrive in the EU), especially before Christmas it may take longer, so send your order as soon as possible!
Returning goods
If for some reason a loveglove is not acceptable, you may return it to us provided it has not been personalised in any way and it is sent back within 30 days of receipt. Please order carefully as postage on return goods must be paid for by the customer and we will not refund original postage costs. Individual gloves with embroidered text are Non-Returnable unless faulty.

While making Your order we ask exclusively for the information necessary for completing Your order. We will keep your personal information and email address strictly confidential, in accordance with the prevailing law. We will not sell, rent or share personal information about you or a list of our customers with other people or non-affiliated companies.
